After many wonderful years of family camping adventures and experiences, we feel blessed to be able to help others experience luxury caravan camping for themselves. Not able to tow a caravan?
Towing to location is available depending on availability. There is a $2 per km fee for delivery and set up. We usually only deliver within 200km of North Richmond, however, please message me if it’s more and we will assess each request. The delivery fee is a one-way charge.

How to contact us?
What do I need to bring?
We have worked hard to make our vans so well equipped that you only need to grab your clothes and your groceries. The kitchen comes fully equipped for as much (or as little) as you would like to do. Full-size fridge with freezer, Gas cooktop, Microwave, Nespresso Machine, Toaster, Kettle and even a Jaffle maker. We offer guests quality branded essential supplies such as coffee, Nespresso pods, herbal and plain tea, sugar, sauces, and oils. There will be tissues, toilet paper, bug spray, sunscreen, toiletries and cleaning essentials. Plus everything you need to eat, Cutlery, Crockery, Cups and Wine Glasses. Kids plastic ware, serving bowls and even Tupperware.
Are your RV’s pet-friendly?
They sure are! If a holiday isn’t a holiday without your fluffiest family member, at On Point, we have considered everyone.
All pet travel companions must be disclosed prior, a small pet cleaning fee will be payable and limits do apply (so if your 17 cats, 5 dogs and horses were hoping for a beachside caravan holiday, unfortunately, we may not be able to assist!).
Do you offer a delivery & set up service
We sure do! Depending on availability, we can deliver and set up your van within 200km of North Richmond. So if your Prius won’t tow a 3-tonne van, or you just prefer the luxury of turning up and relaxing, at On Point we have you covered. Fees and conditions apply, so please have a chat with us to find out more.
Do I need an Electric Brake Controller?
An electric brake controller is also required. If your vehicle doesn’t have this system fitted, we can supply you with a portable one for $50. You will need to download the Elecbrake app on your phone to use. Full information will be given at handover or get in touch to find out more.
What does the service fee cover?
We charge a $99 service fee. This covers everything we feel you need to have a successful caravanning experience.
This fee includes but is not limited to:
- Camping essentials
- Basic pantry (eg coffee, tea & milk)
- Basic toiletries (eg body wash, SPF & toilet paper)
- First aid kit
- Camping chairs
- Camping table and picnic table
- Webber BBQ (Gas included)
- Diesel for running the heaters if applicable
- Towing Mirrors
